The controller of your personal data is JSA Consulting s.r.o., with its registered office at Dolné Hámre 289, 966 61 Hodruša-Hámre, Slovak Republic, Company ID (IČO): 50 768 042, Tax ID (DIČ): 2120470275, VAT ID (IČ DPH): SK2120470275 (the “controller”).
The controller also carries out part of its activities from a contact address: Gogoľova 18, Petržalka, 851 01 Bratislava. This address is used for business communication and is not the registered office entered in the Commercial Register.
2. Data protection contact
Questions about the processing of personal data, the exercise of your rights or other requests can be sent by e-mail to: juraj.saly@jsaconsulting.eu.
3. Scope and sources of data
We process personal data mainly in the following contexts:
- Visiting the website — technical data (such as IP address, browser type, date and time of access) and data obtained through cookies and similar technologies, based on your consent and our cookie policy.
- Contact by e-mail or phone — data you provide to us yourself (name, contact details, the content of your message), or data needed for pre-contractual steps or the performance of a contract.
4. Purposes of processing and legal bases
- Providing and securing the website (essential cookies, technical operation) — the controller's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR / Section 13(1)(f) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll.
- Responding to inquiries and communication — steps taken before entering into a contract or the performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, or a legitimate interest under point (f).
- Analytics and marketing (including measurement and advertising tools) — only on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; you can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
- Compliance with legal obligations (accounting, taxes, etc.) under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
5. Recipients and processors
We may share data with providers of IT services and hosting and — if you consent to analytics cookies — with Google (Google Analytics), within the scope of its terms and the settings of your browser.
Where data is transferred to third countries outside the EU/EEA, we proceed in accordance with the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses) where the nature of the specific service requires it.
6. Retention period
We keep data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing, or for the period required by law. Logs and technical records are kept for a reasonable time to ensure operation and security. Data from e-mail communication is kept for the duration of the business relationship and afterwards according to the periods laid down by law.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Act No. 18/2018 Coll., you have in particular the right:
- to access your personal data and obtain a copy of them,
- to have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed,
- to erasure (“the right to be forgotten”) where the legal conditions are met,
- to restriction of processing,
- to data portability, where technically feasible,
- to object to processing based on a legitimate interest,
- to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent,
- to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
The supervisory authority in the Slovak Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, www.dataprotection.gov.sk.
8. Automated individual decision-making
When processing data through this website, we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR that would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
9. Changes to this document
We may update this text, in particular when the website or the applicable legislation changes. The current version is always published on this page.
